CAPTAIN MORGAN ROOM
This room is dedicated to a dear friend who lent his talents as a Master Stone Mason / Brick Layer during the McKibbon House’s renovations. The coziest room with a King bed and a private sitting area alcove. It has an en-suite bathroom with a spacious vaulted ceiling and a walk-in shower.
The mode of travel, inspired this room in rural Ontario during the late 1800’s – when the McKibbon House was built. Located on the southeast side of the home, this room also has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom – both room & bath offer spacious vaulted ceilings
The Emporium Room is inspired by its name sake, which is located next door to the B&B. The Emporium was a general store that was built by the dry goods merchant of the day (1876) – McKibbon. He traded and sold goods in Milford’s village through the Emporium and traveled to the port in Picton for delivery of his merchandise. A framed and dated bill of lading hanging on the Picton Harbour Inn Restaurant wall is a testament to this commerce. This room has a King bed.
