Policies And Terms
CHECK-IN: 2PM - 7PM (Please contact us if your arrival falls outside those hours)
CHECK-OUT: BY 12:00 P.M.
We are a small independent business so if you must cancel, we require at least 14 days’ notice. We will refund your deposit, or you may apply for it for a subsequent stay. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival - 50% refund of your deposit. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

McKibbon House has a 2-night minimum stay. (Single night rentals are available for an additional premium of 15%) Contact us directly to arrange a single night stay.
Multiple Room Bookings
These need to be reserved individually on our site, or call to arrange.
A full breakfast is included with all our single room rentals. Breakfast is served between 8:00 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. only or up to 10:45 a.m. if arranged in advance.
Room payment is by E-Transfer only and must be provided at the time of booking or within 24 hours to book the room. The remaining 50% charge per room will be processed at time of arrival. Rooms are priced and advertised inclusive of applicable 13% HST and 4% Municipal Accommodation Tax.
Safety & Environment
Floor elevations do change slightly at the main entrance, the dining room entrance into the living room and on the second-floor stair landing, outside of the bedrooms and leading to the Carriage Room.

McKibbon House is a non-smoking / non- vaping accommodation. Smoking is allowed outside of the home in the back yard at the fire – pit.
McKibbon House can accommodate most children, except infants requiring a crib.
In respect of guests who have pet allergies we operate a no pet policy.
Must start on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday for a total of 7 nights. Please contact us directly for pricing and availability. We can accommodate up to eight people for a weekly rental.
