Cancellation Policy

​

We are a small independent business and do recognize that things do happen that effect a reservation.  If you must cancel, we require at least 14 days’ notice. We will refund your deposit, or you may apply for it for a subsequent stay. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival - 50% refund of your deposit. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

McKibbon House has a 2-night minimum stay. (Single night rentals are available for an additional premium of 30%) Contact us directly to arrange a single night stay.

Multiple Room Bookings

 

These need to be reserved individually on our site, or call to arrange.

​

Breakfast

​

A full breakfast is included with all our single room rentals. Breakfast is served between 8:00 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. only or up to 10:15 a.m. if arranged in advance.​

​

Safety & Environment

​

Floor elevations do change slightly at the main entrance, the dining room entrance into the living room and on the second-floor stair landing, outside of the bedrooms and leading to the Carriage Room.

Smoking

​

McKibbon House is a non-smoking / non- vaping accommodation. Smoking is allowed outside of the home in the back yard at the fire – pit.

​

Children

​

McKibbon House  is an Adult only accommodation venue.

​

Pets

​

In respect of guests who have pet allergies we operate a no pet policy.

​

Weekly Rentals

 

Must start on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday for a total of 7 nights. Please contact us directly for pricing and availability. We can accommodate up to eight people for a weekly rental.
